Overview

Scope of Operations

Here is your scope of moderation:

• Making sure that chat content does not contain:
  • profanity
  • harmful comments
  • any verbal harassment of our creator or other users in the chat
  • mentions or direct comments of illegal activity
  • any comments that violate our community guidelines
  • Political comments
  • Any kind of sexual harassment or remarks towards the creator, viewers, or any specific individual
  • Hate speech towards a specific group, race, ethnicity, creed, sexual orientation, or belief.
• Ensuring that our creator is protected against users who continuously harass, mock, or threaten in the live chat.
• Monitoring the live chat and tracking the following:
  • Major topics that users and or our creators talk about
  • Which topics get our creator the most amount of donations in-stream
  • topics that get the most amount of comments and or reactions from viewers
• Be sure to write a comprehensive report after each streaming session that includes the above points.
• Managing all bans, kicks, suspensions, etc.
  • Banning, kicking, suspending users who do not adhere to the points above or when our creators ask.
• Disregard languages you do not speak and focus only on English language chats.
• Please be sure to auto kick members whom you deem are disturbing the chat or breaking the flow of the stream.
• Please be sure to encourage viewers to “Join the Team” and participate.
• Please be sure to listen to our creators and help them with additional requests they may have.

Streaming Schedules

Currently, we are operating on a short notice as we do not yet have a concrete streaming schedule. This is subject to change, however, you must be able to adapt and start moderating streams on a short notice and be flexible with your time.

You are also expected to have the capacity to moderate multiple streams at once. The streaming itself will not have many viewers for the time being.
